Appointments
For routine check-ups or follow up appointments, please telephone 0121 429 3572 and our reception staff will be pleased to help. Please bear in mind that our telephones are extremely busy first thing in the morning with people requesting emergency appointments, therefore you will probably get through to a receptionist faster if you can wait until later in the day.
Please note we are closed for lunch between 1pm and reopen at 2pm
If you need to see your dentist for an emergency appointment, please call at 8.30am and we will try and accommodate you, although this may not be with your usual dentist.
Missed appointments waste time and resources, which are needed for other patients. Our policy is that if, on more than one occasion, patients cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend an appointment, then we reserve the right not to offer NHS treatment in the future. We will of course take any special circumstances into account.
The practice is within a resident’s only parking area and therefore, parking is limited close by. There is a public car park located nearby on Rutland Road, which patients can use for 11/2 hours. There is also parking on Poplar Road alongside the practice for up to 2 hours. Please allow plenty of time before your appointment to ensure that you can park.
